We ship anywhere in Australia. For international shipping, please see below.

Shipping Rates

• Pick-up in-store: FREE
• Spend under $180: $11.00
• Spend $180 and over: FREE

**NOTE: These are standard shipping rates. Specials/Sales may attract different rates.

Tracking

Tracking numbers for parcels are provided with a shipping confirmation email unless otherwise discussed with the customer before shipping.

FREE Shipping

Most items in our store are eligible for free shipping when the spend amount is over the threshold stated above. Any item not eligible for free shipping will have a clear statement on the product page.

Dispatch Times

All effort is made to dispatch orders within two business days (check here for our opening hours.) If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you before dispatch.

International Shipping

We do not process international orders via this website. If you are outside of Australia and wish to purchase any of our products, please send us a message with the product name(s), quantity of product(s), and country you live in. We will email you with purchase and shipping costs (in AUD).
