Refund policy

Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us, so if you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 30 days of arrival. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. It must also be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Fabric found to have a manufacturing defect may be exchanged or store credit given as long as it is in its purchased state otherwise fabric may not be returned.

We do not accept returns on patterns or knitting needles.

Refunds

We do not refund if you change your mind, order the wrong item or order too many items. However, we are happy to exchange or offer a store credit for future purchases. If you have a defective or damaged item we will happily replace or refund the purchase price.

Shipping

Please contact us before returning items. To return your product, you should mail your product to Shop 5, 11 Retreat Rd Bendigo Victoria AU 3550. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are not refundable.
