How is GST calculated on my order?

Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST) is included in all prices shown in this store. The GST portion of an order is shown on in the cart/checkout.

How can I track my order?

Tracking numbers are provided when confirmation of an order being sent is processed.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We do not process international order via this website. If you are outside of Australia, and wish to purchase any of our products, please send us a message with the product name(s), quantity of product(s), and your location. We will email you with purchase + shipping costs.


Can I exchange/return my item(s) in store?

Fabric found to be defective by manufacture may be exchanged or store credit given as long as it is in its purchased state (not cut). Otherwise fabric may not be returned.

Products purchased that are incorrect (wrong model) may be exchanged for correct product or store credit given.

Can I exchange an item by mail?

As above.

Buyer pays return postage.

How long will my refund take?

Refunds are processed within 2 business days.
