Booking Policy

Bookings close five (5) business days prior to scheduled running of class (unless otherwise stated). Payment due at time of booking. Cancellation by customer within five (5) business days of scheduled running of class will forfeit 50% of class fee. Cancellation by customer within two (2) business days of scheduled running will forfeit entire class fee.

If House of Cloth is required to cancel a class at any time, customers will be offered a refund in whole, or credit for a rescheduled, or substitute class of their choosing.
